My wife had a dream.
A place in Costa Rica, surrounded by coffee farms, where women and families who need to reconnect with themselves can finally stop, breathe, and find their pause.
She described it to me one morning over coffee — the light through the trees, the smell of fresh roast, the sound of nothing but nature. A place where you don't have to be anything for anyone. Where you just are.
I knew then that we had to build it.
Libélula Coffee is the first step.
Every bag we sell brings us closer to Libélula Santuario — the wellness retreat we're building on a coffee farm in the Central Valley of Costa Rica. A place for up to 20 guests to disconnect from everything and reconnect with what matters.
We source directly from Costa Rican farmers. Altitude-grown. Sustainable. Traceable from farm to your cup. And when you drink it, you're not just enjoying an exceptional coffee — you're helping us build a place where someone who needs a pause can finally find one.
We named it Libélula — the Spanish word for dragonfly.
A symbol of transformation. Of lightness. Of moving between two worlds with grace.
That's what we believe coffee can be. Not just a morning habit — a bridge between the life you have and the life you want.

And because this dream is rooted in Costa Rica, we want to give back to the people and communities that make it possible.
When Libélula Santuario opens, 5% of all profits will go to the Libélula Foundation — funding education, nutrition, and technology for Costa Rican children in the communities near our farm.
